Lekhnath, May 16: Minister for Land Reform and Management, Dambar Shrestha expressed his commitment to provide land ownership certificates to the landslide victims of Bhagawatitar in Kaski district.

A meeting of the Council of Ministers has recently formed a committee to rehabilitate the families displaced by the landslides, Minister Shrestha informed, and assured the displaced ones saying, "Be sure, the committee will certainly provide you the land ownership certificates, as it has initiated the process."

Speaking at a programme organized by Chhanedanda Rehabilitation and Improvement Committee, Kaski here today, Minister Shrestha blamed the former ministers that they did not address the problems of landslide sufferers.

As many as 215 households were displaced by a massive landslide that occurred in 2033 BS.
