BUS PARK CONSTRUCTION IS STILL INCOMPLETE

Jhapa (Surunga), May 31: The construction of Tek Bahadur Giri Bus Park in Birtamodh of Jhapa, considered to be a well-equipped area of the Eastern region, is still incomplete due to financial crisis.

Bus Park construction works had been started for around past six years in keeping with the rising numbers of vehicles and parking pressure resulting from the expansion of urbanization in Birtamodh area.

The construction works of Bus Park sprawled over two Bigahas and eight Katthas began at total cost more than 35 million, including an assistance of 28.74 million of Indian government and Rs. 4.5 million of Ministry of Local Development. RSS
